In order for SynVault (“We” ‘Us” “Our”) to be able to provide you with the Service (as defined in the Terms and Conditions) as well as to be able to provide you with offers and services available from SyncVault, we collect personal data from you. The data we collect from you is mainly provided by you when you register for our Service, but some data is also collected automatically through your use of the Service.

SoundVault collects the following personal data from you in order to provide the Service:.
1.Registration
Registration information including name, address, country, phone number, email address, IP address, and other information which you voluntarily may provide when you sign up for our Service. Broad, non-specific location, about where you are which we derive from your IP address. The music you listen to and your interaction with the Service. This allows us to make recommendations to you and suggest relevant Services to you. We hold this information for as long as you have an account with us.
2. Technical Information
Technical information necessary to operate the Service. This includes the type of browser and device you use, cookie data and URL information, network connection type, browser type, language and information enabling digital rights management and operating system. Widgets, which may be used to show personalised content or advertising.
3. Payment Data
The type of personal information listed below is only collected in order to offer you additional features. We will never process any of the following information unless you have chosen to share it with us, or decided to opt out from the features. When you pay for a product or service online, your credit card details are processed over a secure internet service operated by our third party payment providers and all credit card and/or other payment details submitted are not visible to SyncVault employees.

Google Data Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. VII. If you don't want to delete your account but want to temporarily stop using the Services, you can deactivate your account instead. Or alternatively, by emailing your request to support@syncvault.com. Please note that we may still send you transactional emails, such as emails related to your account or subscriptions.
7. Traffic Data
Traffic data is logged automatically on our server, information such as your IP address, the URL you visited before ours, the URL you visit after leaving our site and which pages you visit on our website, but not in a way that identifies any individual.
Spyware
We do not use "spyware" web bugs or any hidden identifiers or other similar devices to gain access to information, store hidden information or to trace activities of users.
Newsletters, Advertisements and Promotions
You may separately have accepted to be exposed to commercial messages, newsletters and advertisements sent by SyncVault when using the Service. If you do not want to be notified about these offers or news you may always opt-out from such information by following the instructions in each notification that you receive.
Monetization: YouTube and Google Adsense
Monetizing your videos requires you to agree to YouTube's terms and conditions for advertising, as well as their privacy notice. To do this, open your YouTube channel and select ‘Video Manager’ from the menu. You should then see a submenu with the label ‘Monetization.
YouTube applies advertising to most videos that use copyrighted music, including music downloaded from SoundVault, through the AdSense service. Videos you produce and upload to YouTube using our music may have ads inserted by third-party networks. To monetize your YouTube videos, you will need to buy the appropriate license and select the monetizable tracks filter during your search.
Information Storage
The information is stored on our servers and on paper, and appropriate technical and organisational measures are kept in place to stop unauthorised or unlawful access, accidental loss, destruction or damage. This information will be maintained for the duration of our business relationship and for a maximum period of 7 years beyond that relationship for tax and legal reasons.
With whom we may share your data
We share personal data with a number of third party services for the purposes of order fulfilment, video monetisation, statistical counting, and service improvement. By registering on the Websites you consent to the processing of data about you by the third-party services listed below for the purposes of order fulfilment, account administration, and statistical counting.
If you sign up for our Service via a third party, we share some information with them and they share some information with us in order to enable your account. We may further share information with our music industry partners, customers and other cooperation partners in order to help them understand how the content is performing, with marketing partners who help us with promotional efforts, and with advertisers that allow us to offer services and promotional communication and help us understand how the users interact with advertisements. SyncVault reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts which have breached the copyright and recording rights of the music offered by SyncVault. Suspension and closure of accounts deemed to be in breach is permanent and irreversible.
