By accessing and using our platform (the "Site") and participating in our services, including the opportunity to earn $SVTS tokens and rewards for engaging in quests and challenges ("Rewards Program"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). The Rewards Program
Our platform allows fans, artists, and creators to participate in various quests and challenges ("Challenges") to earn SVTS tokens ("Tokens") and other rewards. The Rewards Program may include the following and more:
Fans: Fans can earn Tokens by participating in activities that support and engage with artists and creators, such as voting, sharing content, and completing specific tasks.
Artists and Creators: Artists and creators can earn Tokens by creating content, engaging with their fans, and participating in the Challenges that help grow their fanbase and increase engagement.
Participation in the Rewards Program is voluntary and requires users to follow specific rules outlined in each Challenge. Tokens and rewards earned may vary based on the type and difficulty of each Challenge.
Token Usage
Tokens are intended to be used on the Site and may be exchanged for various rewards or benefits as offered by us. We do not guarantee any exchange rate or value for the Tokens. You acknowledge that the value of Tokens may fluctuate and that we have no obligation to provide a fixed value for Tokens.
Ownership of Content
By participating in the Rewards Program, you may submit content to our platform, including but not limited to images, videos, text, and other media ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and promote your User Content within the platform.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to submit any content that violates any laws, infringes intellectual property rights, or contains offensive or inappropriate material.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
Manipulating or cheating in the Rewards Program, including using unauthorized tools, scripts, or bots to earn Tokens or rewards.
Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful behavior on the Site.
Violating the intellectual property rights of others.
Posting content that is harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
Attempting to disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.
